NOGAL BEAT guarantees to the original purchaser that the distributed equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring perfect service under normal use and maintenance. NOGAL BEAT transfers the warranties offered by the manufacturer and/or distributor to the original supplier.
Following on from the above, within the first 5 (Five) calendar days after the product is delivered, NOGAL BEAT offers to directly validate the warranty under the following conditions:

- Our customer service center will receive your warranty request and within 48 business hours will send you confirmation and follow up on your case.
- If the warranty claim is accepted, the NOGAL BEAT customer service center will notify you of the next steps. If it is not accepted, you will be notified that NOGAL BEAT is applying the warranty, the reason, and a possible solution (a solution not provided by NOGAL BEAT).
- In case of equipment exchange or equipment return (as the case may be) it is mandatory to send the product in its ORIGINAL PACKAGING to accept the warranty claim directly. We recommend keeping the original packaging for 30 days. NO WARRANTY WILL APPLY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
- Depending on the case, the warranty process may be extended due to issues beyond NOGAL BEAT's control.
- It is extremely important to check the product(s) upon receipt from the courier to ensure they are not damaged or missing.

When requesting a process related to guarantees, the following must be available:
- Name of the person requesting the service
- A copy of the invoice with which you acquired/purchased the equipment in question, a document that must clearly detail the model(s) and serial number(s) of the same.
- Photographic or video evidence of the reported equipment.
- Evidence that the equipment failure or lack was documented in the guide.
- Original Packaging.
- Order number.
IMPORTANT TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
- The warranty DOES NOT COVER misuse of the equipment.
- Shipping costs related to warranty claims are NOT included as part of this process.
- It is vitally important to inspect the merchandise upon receipt and before signing the delivery receipt. Damage incurred during transit will not be the responsibility of NOGAL BEAT. All equipment must be inspected upon receipt by the end customer, and any damage will be the sole responsibility of the delivery company. NOGAL BEAT is not responsible for damages in your shipment.
- The application of the warranty will be subject to an evaluation of the product by the original manufacturer and/or importer, to accept if the damage is covered within the same supplier criteria.
- Regarding the replacement of equipment of the same Brand and Model due to warranty issues, the estimated delivery dates to the end customer may be subject to availability and delays due to the stock that the supplier has at that time.
- The warranty will NOT apply if the user does not perform periodic maintenance (every 3 months as a recommendation), including tightening screws, replacing missing parts, and general cleaning.
- The warranty DOES NOT COVER damage caused when unpacking the product (cuts, cutter marks, stains from handling the piece with dirty hands).
- Likewise, the warranty will NOT cover parts or materials that suffer normal wear and tear (discoloration, wear, tension, shine and comfort), variation in tone due to sun exposure, or even chairs modified or inverted by personnel outside our company.
WALNUT BEAT We do not accept charges for any service that the ORIGINAL BUYER or other persons perform on our products, as well as any freight charges, except with prior authorization.

- We also offer replacement parts for our discontinued products for a period of 1 year.
- In fabrics and vinyls, the tones may vary up to 30% from one roll to another.
- All claims must include the invoice and images of the damage.
- The warranty does NOT cover: fabrics, vinyls, leathers, or foam rubber.
- Minor claims regarding finishes, textures, and colors that do not affect the functionality of the product will not be accepted.
- The warranty does not cover products damaged through normal use, nor does it cover parts that have been damaged due to negligence, improper use of the product, or improper installation and/or assembly.
- The warranty does not cover any damage caused during transit (broken, open, or damaged box). If such damage occurs, it must be reported to the carrier at the time of delivery and/or upon receipt. This must be noted on the delivery receipt issued by the carrier to the corresponding distributor.
- Cleaning should not be done with chemicals, bleach, solvents, etc. They should be cleaned with a damp cloth and only using water.
- In case of replacement parts, they will be provided by LAB GUADALAJARA at our facilities; the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING CASES OR MAY BE VOIDED
- Damage caused by friction, impacts and deformation from improper stacking or dragging them from one place to another without their original packaging.
- Due to lack of periodic maintenance (every 3 months) by the user (such as tightening screws, not using it when parts are missing, general cleaning).
- Damage caused when unpacking the product (cuts, cutter marks, stains from handling the piece with dirty hands).
- Parts or materials that suffer normal wear and tear (discoloration, wear, tension, shine and comfort).
- Chair modified or inverted by personnel outside our company.
- Slight variation in the color tone of the plastics from one batch to another.
- Parts exposed to the exterior without being specified for that use.
- Variation in tone due to sun exposure for more than 1 year in outdoor products.
- Scratches, scrapes or stains that are not visible from a distance of 80 cm.
GENERAL TERMS:

It is necessary to provide simple evidence in photo, video, or any means necessary to demonstrate that any component is faulty, damaged, defective, etc.
Each brand we represent on our website or marketplaces manages its own warranty and return conditions.
At Nogal Beat, we pass on the guarantees to our suppliers. according to the conditions they set. We will act as a facilitator to establish the conditions and communication for warranties, returns, and/or clarifications.
Once the warranty is authorized, a replacement of the part or parts required for the proper functioning of the equipment will be sent.
Under no circumstances does the warranty cover natural wear and tear of its parts due to use of the equipment or accessories.
OTHER REASONS FOR VOIDING A WARRANTY:
- If the warranty protection period has expired.
- If you do not have documentation to prove your purchase and the date of purchase.
- When operated differently than indicated in the user manual.
- By opening, repairing, or servicing equipment not authorized by us.
All other equipment not mentioned here has a 1-year warranty (restrictions apply). Or the warranty period specified on the purchase invoice.
COMPETENCE .
For all matters related to the execution and fulfillment of the clauses of this document, the parties that enter into this agreement expressly submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the courts of the City of Guadalajara, Jalisco; and to the provisions of this contract and the laws applicable to the State of Jalisco, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles, or for any other reason.
CLAUSE HEADINGS.
It is stated that the titles of the clauses cited in this document are only for the purpose of facilitating their identification and reading, and therefore are not understood as substantive provisions that vary or can be interpreted as a substantial part of this contract, and therefore should not be interpreted to expand, reduce or affect in any way the scope of the content of the clauses of this document.
IMPORTANT
The warranty request is automatically cancelled if no response is received from the customer within one business week, starting from the confirmation of receipt of the request by the WARRANTY department.
