• Metal base made of 11mm cold rolled 1010 steel, with MIG welding process (GMAW - gas metal arc welding), gas-shielded electric arc welding.
• Finishing. 5-stage washing process with phosphating + electrostatic powder coating process with finishes in various colors, with the following characteristics:
• Polyester type.
• UV resistant.
• Thickness from 0.003" to 0.005" (76 to 127 μm)
• Assembly. Assembly of the cover to the structure by means of 3 screws 6x10mm in compact covers and/or 3 Hi Lo ph screws of 12x1” in 28 mm melamine covers.
• Dimensions of Covers. Recommended for compact and melamine covers with the following dimensions:
• Round covers: with diameters of 60 and 50 cm.
• Square covers: with dimensions of 60x60 and 50x50 cm.
• Electrostatic powder coating.
• For internal use.
